During the last few days Turbine's developer Orion has been sharing with Lotro community some interesting details about changes that we can expect in Book 9. Unfortunately, there are no conforming information about latest rumor and new expansion, but there are plenty of information concerning the Lonelands revamp:

Lonelands will cover lev­els 22 — 32 and will over­haul the epic quest line there sig­nif­i­cantly. Yes, there are new quests planned. Yes there are new camps planned.

The inten­tion is to make North Downs from Trestle­bridge north to the bor­der of Fornost and west to the bor­ders of Evendim and east to the area of Kings­fell into an alter­na­tive lev­el­ing area for 22 — 32. Orth­rikar, Meluinen and every­thing east and north of Esteldin will become a 32 — 42 area.


Also there is the revision to Garth Agarwen first instance in The Lord of the Rings Online.

Garth Agarwen contains nearly as many creatures as the whole of the southern bog of the Lone-lands.Starting with the outer sanctum I focus on the first section of the instance which will now become a public lobby geared toward players in three-man fellowships. Quests that point into Garth Agarwen will still be completed in this space, though obviously not all.

The result is as follows:Garth Agarwen - Arboretum, Level: 32, Fellowship Size: 3, Encounters: 1, Quests: 5
Grimbark will now have a Challenge objective in the fight. The challenge? Kill Grimbark without killing any of the beehives that fall at the outset of the fight. Of course, his skills will need to be reworked to ensure that the quest can be completed by a fellowship of three and the reward for completing the Challenge objective. I identify 4 new skills that I need to make for grimbark - fortunately none will require new art or animations.

Istina, moraju malo olakšati ove instance jer se fakat jako teško skupi ekipa.

Volio bih da se to ne mora ali eto.

Ne znam jeste li znali da je sada recimo vol 1 bk1 cijeli solo.
I ima dosta promjena recimo u barrow downs.
Sad tamo imaju neki repeatable kvestovi, mogu se dobiti recepti, shardovi i slicno.

Zazivio je novi patch za B8 na americanskom test serveru , uz ispravke nekih bugova (npr. tipa da je opet moguce uci u CD i da ce ovi elf stoneovi u novim instancama sada padati u hard mode skrinjama) ima i nesto novih stvari sto se kraftanja tice.

Prva je novost da bi trebalo biti moguce kraftati second ageove (tj kao "reforged" second ageove), i oruzja i class iteme navodno su oruzja drugacija od dosadasnjih lvl 60 second ageva, nema jos nesto puno informacija, ali kazu da je npr crafted bow 2.4 speed, dakle sporiji i bolji od "normalnog" lvl 60 second age bowa.

Nakit je brutalno dobar za fizikalce, tako da ako imate jewellera, pocnite lagano stedit large patterne, bice prohtjeva sve je to naravno jos teoretski podlozno promjenama, ali sumnjam da ce se nesto drasticno mijenjati

ono što je meni najviše zapelo za oko je bracelet sa 97 ICPR a ni rukavice nisu lose...bude smislio neku kombinaciju sa puno ICPR-a za FS instance

Je, do sada je postojao samo jedan bracelet s punim ICPRom i moralom, onaj iz Lothloriena koji je unique bilo je vec i vrijeme da se mozemo rijesiti Angechora, Belegochora i slicne moderne lvl 50 opreme

pitanje dali više vrijedi vitality ili čisti moral u usporedbi sa dawn rose ringom

Cisti morale nema limita, dok je Vitality cappan na 600. Dakle, recimo da ovaj s cistim moralom ostavlja vise mjesta za 100ak vitalitya od IDOMEa i kritanog caja ako ste blizu tog limita. Nije inace neka velika razlika

i onda oni mene pitaju što razvijam drugog jewelera

S obzirom koliko ce ljudi trebat neke od tih stvari, odi radije farmati silver branchese za single shot recepte mislim da se isplati kraftati i na tih 73%, samo trebas imati puuuno grancica za recepte

I btw, ne znam da li je kod jewellera isto (vjerojatno je), ali cini mi se da krit itemi (oni za 5 branchesa po komadu) nisu BoA, dakle to bi mogli provajdati i oni koje oce nakit, da SM jewelleri mogu svoje cuvati samo za recepte

Pa nisam znao da se u ettenu mogu kupiti plaštevi, baš guba izgledaju. :-)

Evo, patch je live kod americhana, dakle mogao bi i kod nas ovaj tjedan na maintenancu

Zanima me to reforđanje 2 age itema!
Odnosno izrada potonjih,nije baš da se reklo puno o tome.

Normalno kraftanje, Reforged u imenu je tek toliko da sredi cinjenicu da smo sada u Third ageu i dakle ne bi bas bilo logicno da kraftamo Second age stvari recepti zahtjevaju Kindred s guildom i imaju cooldown 7 dana.

UPCOMING LOTRO RADIANCE BARTER CHANGES - THE MEDALLIONS

The new shiny barter token - the Medallions, are used for bartering for your radiance pieces and some extra Legendary Item augmentations! Medallions will be replacing most of the tokens that you’ve seen since Moria. There will be unique Medallions for each cluster of instances that we release.

There will be new npcs at the Twenty-first Hall and Caras Galadhon near the class trainers that will exchange those old crusty tokens for new shiny medallions! These Barter Exchange Traders will also hold all the Legendary Item goodies.

Currently there will be two for the live content you guys are playing: the Medallion of Moria and the Medallion of Lothlorien. The Medallions will drop off of every boss monster in level 58+ instances. This means that killing boss one in Forges of Khazad-Dum will drop Medallions for everyone in the party. (Note: Make sure you all loot the chest!). Players can use Medallions to trade for same things they were trading for — namely the Challenge sets, the other dungeon sets, and relics and Legendary Item XP.

Currently the Medallions of Moria will drop in: Grand Stairs, Forges, Sixteenth Hall, Fil Ghashan, Skumfil, and Dark Delvings. The Medallions of Lothlorien will drop in Waterworks, Halls of Crafting, and Hall of Mirrors. Future instances will drop a new Medallion.

Doing the Challenges will gain you more Medallions! In addition to this, we are going to be adding in some items to Challenges at a very low percentage drop. This means you’ll have a chance of getting something special. Finally, we are fixing it so there are new Challenge quests that work while you are inside the instances only and are on a daily retry timer.
